A 20’ x 30’ outdoor footprint positioned directly beside the main stage, requiring a VIP environment that could hold presence, manage flow, and elevate the guest experience in a high-energy festival setting.

The space was reworked to balance function and visual impact — integrating a full-service bar with multiple photo moments while maintaining clear circulation and strong street-facing presence. Every element was designed to draw guests in, define the VIP experience, and stand out against the scale and energy of the surrounding environment.
